Al momento della richiesta, qualora il titolo non fosse attualmente disponibile, l’ordine verrà automaticamente annullato; in tal caso è possibile compilare il form per il libro desiderato, e quando il libro sarà disponibile ne verrà data comunicazione.

I nostri libri sono esemplari unici per stato di conservazione e le immagini sono reali e fanno riferimento al singolo libro; i prezzi sono commisurati allo stato del volume, si prega il cliente di prestare attenzione e richiedere ulteriori informazioni o immagini per non incombere in ordini insoddisfacenti.

Le opere, salvo indicazione contraria nella scheda relativa si intendono complete e in buono stato; qualora al momento dell’ordine, il libro si presentasse modificato o deteriorato rispetto alla scheda pubblicata, sarà nostra cura informarvi preventivamente.

Gli ordini verranno spediti entro il giorno successivo al pagamento; le spedizioni sono affidate al servizio Crono di Poste Italiane /SDA e sono tracciabili sul sito di Poste Italiane, mentre per il servizio Internazionale viene utilizzato il Corriere Espresso UPS.

I pagamenti possono essere effettuati con PayPal, Carta di credito (attraverso PayPal)  Bonifico Bancario e accredito su Poste Pay.

• Per ordini superiori a 50€, solo su territorio nazionale, la spedizione è in omaggio e non è cumulabile con ulteriori promozioni o scontistiche temporanee.
• Le scontistiche vengono calcolate solo al termine del checkout; pertanto non sono riscontrabili durante il percorso del carrello. Per qualsiasi dubbio non esitate a chiamarci 3773792401

• Diritto di recesso come ai sensi dell’art. 5 DL 185/1999.

Tale diritto può essere esercitato inviando una e-mail entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce; l’articolo dovrà essere rispedito a proprie spese con spedizione tracciabile entro lo stesso termine, nelle stesse condizioni, imballo incluso, in cui è stato ricevuto.

Al rientro verranno accertate le condizioni e l’integrità del bene, che dovranno essere corrispondenti allo stato di partenza; in caso contrario si riterrà decaduto il diritto di recesso.

In caso di rimborso questo sarà accreditato su IBAN fornito dal cliente.

Dear customer,

Our books are unique specimens by state of conservation , accurately descibed on the card, and the images are real and refer to the single book; prices are commisurate with the state of the volume, please the customer to pay attention and request more information or images so as not to place unsatisfactory orders.

The books, unless otherwise indicated in the relative form, are considerated complete and in good condition; if at the time of order, the book appears modified or deteriorated compared to the published form, we will inform you in advance.

Orders will be shipped within the day following payment.

• Payments accepted: PayPal, Credit Card (through PayPal) and Bank Transfer (see Payment Conditions)

In case of credit by bank transfer, we recommend sending the accounting copy in order to proceed quickly with the shipment. Otherwise the shipment will take place upon receipt by our Bank.

Right of withdrawal as ART. 5 DL 185/1999 (Italian law)

The right can be exercised by sending an e-mail within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods; the item must be sent back at its own expense with traceable shipping within the same term, in the same conditions, including packaging, in which it was received.

Upon return, the conditions and integrity of the property will be ascertained, which must correspond to the state of departure; otherwise the right of withdrawal will be deemed to have expired.

In the event of a refound, this will be credited by Bank Transfer.
